The rules of Top Gun: Alien Invasion
Goal: Get as many points as possible while you still have lives
- Avatars gain health when intersecting a shield. If at full health, Avatars get
another life. They lose health when intersecting a mine.
- Predators kill themselves and any avatar that they intersect , but two
additional predators spawn (up to a maximum of twelve).
- Players control the avatar by using the arrow keys on the keyboard. They fire
bullets when players depress the space bar.
- A boss is spawned if enough points are earned. The
boss shoots bullets and moves circularly from left to right.
- Points are earned when shooting a boss (+10) or predator (+100). They are also
earned when intersecting a shield (+10). They are lost when an avataor intersects
a mine (-10), predator (-100), or boss (-200). or if shot by a boss (-10).
- The level buttons control the game's difficulty level. Higher difficulty
causes more preditors and mines, but less shields to spawn.
